GEO-Cab Brings GEHOCab Carbon Fiber Camper Truck Add-On in the US

GEO-Cab brings the brisk of the outdoors to your truck with its lightweight carbon fiber Badger campers.

GEHOCab last released its new line of carbon fiber campers that can be directly fitted to a wide range of vehicles, turning them into full-sized camper vans. For instance, Badgers are available in four variants—ST, LT, LR, and XT— making them suitable for the relatively small Jeep Gladiator but also pretty massive full-sized trucks like the Chevrolet Silverado.

The ST is the smallest Badger. But don’t let the “small” tag deceive you. The Badger ST measures between 155.5 and 167.3 inches long and can have a ceiling as high as 78.7 inches. To put that in perspective, it can easily accommodate two adults along with its basic amenities and still have enough room for sufficient sleeping space, a small lounge area, and even a bathroom.

However, the slightly larger Badger LT is also perfectly compatible with the G. It is slightly longer than the ST and can sleep up to four people. GEO-Cab recommends the LT for the Jeep Gladiator and older Land Rover Defenders.

Interestingly enough, GEHOCab is particularly aware of America’s fondness for big trucks and cars, and here’s where the larger carbon fiber models come in. The Badger LR can comfortably sleep four people and also comes with a variable-sized bathroom. The Badger LR is 190.9 inches in length but has a slightly reduced ceiling height of 76.8 inches. According to GEO-CAB, the LR is ideal for midsized trucks like the Toyota Tacoma, Nissan Frontier, and Ford Ranger.

Last but not least is the Badger XT. With a length of 236.2 inches and a ceiling height of 84.6 inches, the XT certainly dwarfs all other models. Needless to say, it provides the most space, can sleep up to five people, and has a fixed bathroom.

And even though the GEHOCab Badger transforms your vehicle into a full-sized camper van, it does not add that much weight thanks to carbon fiber. A Badger ST has a dry weight of up to 1,014 pounds, while the XT can stretch to 1,653, all within the carrying capacity of the host vehicle.

Per GEO-Cab, the pricing of GEHOCab carbon fiber Badger campers starts at approximately $130,000; however, the bigger models can cost up to $200,000.
