Mansory Unveils Carbon Fiber Upgrades for the Ferrari Portofino M

Mansory has worked its magic on the Ferrari Portofino M, employing carbon fiber bits for improved aerodynamics and tuning the engine to 710hp.

The most striking feature of the Mansory Portofino M is its revised body kit which reads “forged carbon fiber” all around the sports car’s exterior. Carbon fiber treatment starts right from the front, with a forged carbon fiber apron flanked by air dams with carbon fiber inserts. The different roof-mounted air extractors and the side air intakes are made of forged carbon fiber, too, so does the car’s side skirts. The treatment extends to the car’s pillars, door handles, and mirror caps.

Carbon fiber bits can also be found at the rear, including the trunk lid lip spoiler, taillight covers, and rear splitter. Moreover, the aftermarket specialist has replaced the stock wheels with custom 21-inch and 22-inch alloys fore and aft, with contrast yellow linings to complement the exterior’s paint scheme. The exterior upgrades don’t stop there, as the Mansory Portofino M also features a unique carbon fiber retractable hardtop for added menace.

Moving inside, the Mansory Portofino adorns an eye-catchy black & yellow theme highlighted by black leather upholstery with contrast yellow stitching to go with the exterior. Yellow accents are used all around the interior, including the switches, knobs, and air vents. Meanwhile, the three buttons for the gearbox proudly represent the colors of the Italian Flag, although the Mansory logo replaces the Ferrari Prancing Horse on the steering wheel.

What’s left? The powertrain, of course. Mansory has tuned Portofino’s 3.9-litre twin-turbo V8 unit to churn out 710hp and 890Nm (695lb-ft) of torque, indicating a 119hp and 130Nm (96lb-ft) increase over the standard M. The performance boost allows the Portofino M to accelerate to 60mph in 3.0-seconds, sooner by five-tenth of a second, and hit a top speed of 207mph (334kph).
