Mansory Lamborghini Urus with a Purple Interior—Tasteful or Tasteless?

Mansory is known for its outlandish overhauls and the Lamborghini Urus from Qatar with a purple interior is a prime example.

Do you recall Barney, the Purple Dinosaur? If you do, imagine how he would look if he were a Super SUV. Can’t figure it out? No worry, since Mansory has something to show you. It may sound ridiculous, but the German tuning specialist has done something so outlandish on a Lamborghini Urus Super SUV that your initial thoughts would be: It’s basically Barney being reincarnated as an SUV!

When you hear Mansory, you can’t really think of subtle modification because most of their body kits are known to be daring and brutal, and the Venatus kit they presented earlier this year is a perfect example. To refresh your memory, the Venatus is a sinister-looking Lambo Urus Super SUV that has not only a meaner and moodier appearance than the ordinary model but also a significant boost in performance. It features a heavily reworked front end with a redesigned bumper and a slew of forged carbon components. These include a carbon front splitter, hood, air intake inserts, and side skirts. It also has wider fender flares, carbon wing mirrors, and an aggressive rear bumper with a carbon diffuser.

Meanwhile, the images show the same Mansory-tuned Urus with the Venatus package from Qatar, but this one is unlike any other. You can’t help but notice the purple interior theme, which may be appealing to some but a definite no-go for others. Every interior element, ranging from the dashboard, door panels, and seats to the transmission tunnel, ceiling, walls, and even the rugs, is upholstered in this provocative purple leather. The rare parts that are not purple have a glossy carbon finish to provide some contrast.

And just when you thought Mansory couldn’t make it any more purple, specific components like the side mirror caps and doors have purple highlights over the white-painted exterior. The brake calipers behind those funky black-painted alloy wheels are purple, too, of course.

I can’t be biased, so I’ll let you decide what you think of this look!
