Alpine Launches a Limited-Edition A110 Légende GT

The special-edition A110 Légende GT packs a more potent 1.8-liter turbocharged engine producing 292hp and receives a more opulent interior.

The Alpine A110 is one of the most enticing sports cars on the European market, and now it gets even more spiced up for 2021. Namely, Renault’s sports-car brand has unveiled the limited- edition version A110 Légende GT. The sports coupe has received few styling revisions and a new powertrain for 2021, making it even hotter and more purposeful.

The A110 Légende GT’s styling upgrades include two new color combinations; the first is the new mat Mercury Silver exterior finish, complemented by a black leather interior with contrast grey stitching. Meanwhile, the second is an Abyss Blue exterior with elegant Amber Brown leather clothing on the inside.

Aside from the color schemes, the special A110 features new translucent LED taillights, 18-inch Grand Prix diamond-cut alloy wheels with complementary shiny gold brake calipers, and several pale gold Alpine monograms throughout differentiate the 2021 A110 Légende GT from the regular model.

The interior also receives a slew of cosmetic enhancements. The 2021 A110 Légende GT gets Sabelt Comfort six-way adjustable leather seats and color-contrasting door panels. Furthermore, Alpine used carbon fiber trims, and some components, such as the center console, dashboard visor, and air vents, feature a unique copper weave pattern. A Dinamica faux-suede headliner and aluminum footrest, as well as a model-exclusive, numbered plaque underneath the center console, complete the cabin features. Meanwhile, the A110 Légende GT comes standard with front and rear parking sensors, a 7-inch infotainment system, a rear-view camera, and a premium Focal audio system.

Under the hood, the special edition packs the more potent engine from the A110S, replacing the regular model’s 249hp powertrain. It is a 1.8-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 292hp and 320Nm (236lb-ft) of torque. The engine, paired with a seven-speed DCT gearbox, provides enough juice to take the Legend GT from 0 to 60mph 4.4 seconds and hit a top speed of 155mph (249kph). A sports exhaust and high-performance brakes round off the new additions.

Alpine will deliver just 300 units of the 2021 A110 Légende GT in the UK, each starting from £61,655, while prices in France start from €71,600 (excl. VAT). Bookings are now live on the brand’s official website.
