The Alfa Romeo Stelvio Veloce Ti takes design cues from the Quadrifoglio but keeps the 280 HP inline-four turbo engine.
Alfa Romeo just came out with the seventh Stelvio variant, called the Veloce Ti. The SUV boasts quite a unique Italian design and a luxurious interior. Besides, it also has that sporty Alfa DNA that car enthusiasts adore. The Stelvio rides on FCA’s Giorgio platform, the same as the mid-sized Giulia sedan.
The Stelvio Veloce Ti features new equipment and top-of-the-line technology. Among the seven trims, the Quadrifoglio is the highest level, while the 2021 Stelvio Veloce Ti comes second. It even has some features from the hottest model in the lineup. For instance, the styling resembles the higher-end version, although it stumbles in the performance department.
Nonetheless, Alfa Romeo still went with the name Veloce, which is Italian for speed. Meanwhile, Ti (Turismo Internazionale) is a name that oozes Italian elegance.

Under the bonnet, the Stelvio Veloce Ti features a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-4 producing 280 HP and 302 lb-ft of torque, sending power to all four wheels through an eight-speed automatic transmission. 280 HP is not bad, but it may be a little low to be worthy of the name “Veloce.”
Other changes made to the Stelvio Veloce Ti include new bumpers, a body-colored body kit, and tinted glass on all sides. It’s also offered with optional 21-inch dark wheels, while the interior receives the Quadrifoglio treatment. With new aluminum paddle shifters and premium leather and Alcantara seats, it screams comfort and luxury.
Alfa Romeo also included a range of safety assist systems, a new SOS function with Wi-fi and remote capabilities.
Price and detailed specifications to come in January.
