After many leaks, spy photos, and teasers, Ducati finally unveiled the Multistrada V4.
The fourth-generation Multistrada is available in three versions: the base V4, the V4 S, and the V4 Sport.
The bike has a 1,158cc V4 Granturismo engine providing 170 hp and 92 ft-lbs of torque. The new engine has grown from 1103cc to 1158cc, thanks to a 2mm larger bore. Meanwhile, the stroke stayed the same.
Furthermore, the Multistrada has a monocoque design, a double-sided swingarm, and a steel trellis subframe.
Ducati also included the Skyhook Suspension, which keeps the ride height intact, even when the bike is loaded. The auto-leveling function will be available in the V4 S and V4 Sport models.
Apart from that, Ducati’s upcoming bike comes with variable rider modes, electronic suspension settings, and adjustments, Cornering ABS and LED lights with Daytime Running Lights, and Ducati’s Quick Shift system, making it a perfect adventure bike.
Worth mentioning, the Multistrada is the first bike to have adaptive cruise control developed by Bosch, using radars and sensors to adjust the speed to vehicles around.

Although the engine, chassis, and base electronics are similar for each variant, the V4 S comes with a large 6.5-inch screen that the rider can operate with a joystick on the left handlebar. The infotainment system also communicates with Ducati’s Connect smartphone app.
The mid-level model comes equipped with Brembo Stilema brake calipers with massive 330 mm brake discs and Ducati Quick Shift.
Meanwhile, the Multistrada V4 Sport adds a dedicated sport livery. Also, customers can opt for an Akrapovič carbon-fiber-and-titanium muffler and a carbon front mudguard in the Sport model.
The new Multistrada V4 will be available at Ducati’s dealerships by January.
