CB360

The Honda CB360 was a twin-cylinder four-stroke motorcycle manufactured by Honda. It replaced the Honda CB350 and provided an additional option for buyers to the four-cylinder CB350F and CB400F. The 356 cc engine was able to be tuned for broad range torque and powered the rear wheel through a 6-speed gearbox. Honda bikes tend to be a reliable vehicle, but if you’re experiencing difficulties with yours make sure you have a Honda CB360 repair manual with you to do the job right the first time around.

Honda already had similar styles of motorcycles on the market with 350 cc and 400 cc engines. Honda manufactured the CB360 for the model years 1974 and 1975 with little or no change. An air-cooled, twin-cylinder, OHC 357 cc engine with two valves per cylinder was what powered the CB360. The engine's compression ratio was 9.3-to-1. It generated 34 hp at 9,000 rpm. The CB360 had a 6-speed transmission with a chain final drive. An optional front disc brake was offered by Honda for the CB360. The bike weighed in at 392.4 pounds, ready to ride with all fluids, including a tank of petrol; 2.91 gallons to be exact.

Honda launched the CB360 in 1974 and ceased manufacturing them in 1976. Today, finding one of these bikes in good condition for sale can be difficult. The bike does have classic cafe racer styling and, compared to other motorcycles of the era, it handles reasonably well. However if your CB360 is in need of TLC, grab yourself a Honda CB360 service manual and get to work.
