We act as an online service provider hosting User Content uploaded by independent contributors. We respond expeditiously to valid DMCA notices alleging infringement occurring on or through our platform.
Submitting a Copyright Notice (DMCA §512(c)(3))

Removal & Notification
Upon receiving a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and will notify the affected Contributor.
Counter-Notification (DMCA §512(g))
If you believe that content was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification by email to our Designated Agent, including:
1. Identification of the removed material and its prior location (URL)
2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the removal was a mistake or misidentification
3. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email)
4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal courts in Florida and to accept service from the original complainant
5. Your physical or digital signature
We may restore access to the material within 10-14 business days unless the original complainant initiates a legal action seeking a court order.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Accounts of users found to be repeat infringers may be suspended or terminated.
