4 PACCAR Cooling Procedure  SRT’s being updated, considering creation of a a PACCAR specific option
5 PACCAR Coolant Fill Procedure  Specific to PACCAR vehicles – No need to take notes as a decal is provided under the hood as a reference  Remove the surge tank fill cap (Do not remove the surge tank pressure cap)  Fill the system with premixed coolant through the surge tank fill neck  Start the engine and idle at low RPM for 2 minutes  Top off surge tank to the base of the filler neck while idling  Run engine at higher RPM and top-off surge tank to the base of the filler neck  Run engine at higher idle for 10 minutes  Reduce idle to low RPM and top-off surge tank to base of filler neck  Allow engine to cool and top-off surge tank to base of filler neck if necessary  Install the surge tank fill cap
