2 Diagnostics Update  Nuisance fault codes fixed with the newest calibrations  Calibrations released on the INCAL CD – Engine ECM’s – Aftertreatment DEF controller • Calibrations are alphabetical so “Aftertreatment” is at the top of the calibration list • Same calibration for all DEF controllers at this time • Not yet available on QSOL  Numerous fault codes being revised and posted to QSOL  CM2250 wiring diagrams being revised to show additional

3 INSITE  Version 7.4 has a target release date of April 8, 2010 (at distributor locations)  Will include a DEF system pressure test feature – Allows pressure test of DEF plumbing – Aftertreatment DEF Dosing Valve does not need to be removed for this test – Some Fault Code troubleshooting procedures are being rewritten to reflect the availability of this test

4 PACCAR Cooling Procedure  SRT’s being updated, considering creation of a a PACCAR specific option

5 PACCAR Coolant Fill Procedure  Specific to PACCAR vehicles – No need to take notes as a decal is provided under the hood as a reference  Remove the surge tank fill cap (Do not remove the surge tank pressure cap)  Fill the system with premixed coolant through the surge tank fill neck  Start the engine and idle at low RPM for 2 minutes  Top off surge tank to the base of the filler neck while idling  Run engine at higher RPM and top-off surge tank to the base of the filler neck  Run engine at higher idle for 10 minutes  Reduce idle to low RPM and top-off surge tank to base of filler neck  Allow engine to cool and top-off surge tank to base of filler neck if necessary  Install the surge tank fill cap
