We reserve the right to make changes or add improvements at any time without incurring any obligation to install such changes on products previously sold. ILLUSTRATIONS Illustrated items are given item numbers which correspond to the same number in the parts list. Item numbers may point to more than one identical item. The quantity of items shipped will depend on the quantity ordered. Illustrations are of typical parts only. METHOD OF LISTING The parts list and its associated illustration is the essential content of the Parts Book. Each parts list is arranged in numeric sequence by page number. The parts list form is divided into five columns for easy use: 1. ITEM Column - This column contains keys to the illustration so the part can be located on the associated illustration. If there is no key number for the part, the part is non-illustrated and is not on the associated illustration. 2. PART NUMBER Column - This column contains the part number of each ser- viceable part. The part number, in conjunction with the description of the part, is the key to locating needed service parts. Part numbers in ITALIC are non-service parts listed for reference only. 3. DESCRIPTION Column - This column contains the description of each part. It can be used to find needed parts when the part number is not known. Indentation of an item indicates that it is a component part (or subas- sembly) of the item under which it is indented. 4. QTY Column - This column contains the quantity of each part number listed as needed for the product it is a part of. 5. REF Column - This column is reserved for notation by footnote desig- nators. Footnotes will be found at the end of the listing. 6. SERIAL NO. Column - This column contains the serial number range of each part number listed. PRODUCT GRAPHICS The owner and/or operator must replace any and all safety and warning product graphics if they are defaced or removed from the machine.

A INTRODUCTION D51-22 EX,PX PARTS BOOK INTRODUCTION.FM PAGE -2 030107 ABBREVIATIONS The following abbreviations will be used in the parts listing: AR - As Required NSS - Not Serviced Separately F1,F2, etc. - Footnote L.H. - Left Hand N/I - Not Illustrated R.H. - Right Hand NS - Not Serviced S/N - Sequence Number NOTE: Left and right sides of the machine are determined by sitting in the operator's seat and facing forward. COMMON HARDWARE Mounting hardware, including bolts, nuts, cotter pins and so forth, are illustrated in most cases. ORDERING PARTS When ordering parts, always give the following information: 1. The complete part number, including prefix or suffix letters, the name of the part and the quantity required. 2. The complete model number, machine serial number and engine serial number of the machine. See PRODUCT IDENTIFCATION NUMBERS, which follows. 3. When ordering parts for items which have their own serial numbers (such as transmissions, torque converters or axles) also include the serial numbers of the transmission, torque converter and/or axle. We recommend that you write the model and machine serial numbers of your machine and all major components in the spaces provided below.
