1-1 DV207 / DV207HF SERVICE MANUAL SECTION 00 – MAINTENANCE GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS 1. Introduction
1-2 DV207 / DV207HF SECTION 00 – MAINTENANCE – CHAPTER 1 This service manual is divided into several chapters. It includes technical and assembly data, adjustment guidelines and instructions in the use of special tools, jigs and aids. The primary purpose of this Service Manual is to provide basic information on removal, installation and servicing/ repair of the machine’s main groups. Machine group identification in this manual corresponds to the Spare Parts Catalog. Before beginning work, we recommend that you mark any removed parts that will be reinstalled and that you cover all holes in individual hydraulic system parts to prevent hydraulic circuit contamination. When installing individual parts in the machine, tighten individual bolts or nuts as indicated in the torque tables (appendix) unless otherwise indicated in the text. ALWAYS observe the safety instructions and precautions indicated in Chapter 2. The manufacturer is continually improving the products based on operational experience and the latest knowledge. Consequently, the manufacturer reserves the right to make changes to the illustrations, descriptions, procedures or design patterns given in this manual as developments are made.
The Case DV207 and DV207HF Compactors Repair Manual is a comprehensive guide for maintaining and repairing these powerful machines. Whether you're a professional mechanic or a DIY enthusiast, this workshop manual is designed to assist you with routine service and complex repairs.
Inside, you'll discover detailed instructions for the removal, installation, disassembly, and assembly of various components. The manual also includes electrical wiring diagrams and hydraulic schematic diagrams to aid in troubleshooting any electrical or hydraulic issues.
In addition to the above, this manual provides diagnostic information to help quickly identify and resolve problems. It also contains specifications and torque values to ensure that repairs are carried out to the highest standards.
