PREPARATION FOR TEST, IMPULSE READOUT 1. All alarm activations are stored in the control unit's (N26) memory. 2. Each impulse readout number refers to a particular activation circuit. 3. The impulse readout can be recalled and read using the impulse counter at the diagnostic socket.

4. If there are multiple stored impulse readouts, the impulse readout stored most recently will be indicated first. 5. The impulse readout only shows which sensor(s) caused the alarm to sound. It cannot detect faults, except in cases where the alarm sounds for no reason (in which case, the respective sensor is identified). 6. Difficulties in arming or disarming the system cannot be detected by the impulse readout. In such cases, the socket box test must be performed. 7. If the first indicated impulse readout number reappears after one or more impulse readouts, then all impulse readouts have been displayed. 8. The impulse readout can be erased individually only after having read all readouts. 9. The impulse readout 1 indicates that no alarm activations are stored.
