The maintenance program applies to eligible vehicles during the New Vehicle Limited Warranty period only and is fully transferable. This program lowers the cost of ownership for LR3 customers and increases service retention for Retailers. Maintenance Schedule check lists containing details of the items included in the Complimentary Scheduled Maintenance Program can be found in the 2005MY Passport to Service booklet or on InfoTrail. Normal wear items and service adjustments are not covered by the Land Rover New Vehicle Warranty nor are they covered within the maintenance program. These limitations are identified in the 2005MY Passport to Service booklet. The reimbursement information, program codes and option codes, are contained in the attached tables for the United States and Canada. • Parts required to complete the services will be reimbursed at Land Rover suggested retail prices. • The maintenance parts are not subject to additional handling charges. • Labor will be reimbursed at your Warranty Labor Rate. • Labor operation numbers and times are shown on the attached table along with allowances for engine oil, hazardous waste removal and miscellaneous fluids. NOTE: Each service requires the replacement of the engine oil drain plug washer, part number 1005593. Currently, this part is not available as a separate part. Until the washer becomes available, Land Rover will reimburse for the replacement of the engine oil drain plug assembly (1013938) which includes the washer. When part number 1005593 becomes available, Land Rover will publish an ALERT advising the date on which the reimbursement schedule will change to the washer only, in stead of the drain plug assembly.
