2007-2009 Service/Repair Manual
This Service Manual has been prepared with the latest service information available at the time
of publication. It is subdivided into various group categories and each section contains diagnostic,
disassembly, repair and installation procedures along with complete specifications and tightening
references. Please read this manual carefully before proceeding, as incorrect service procedures
may result in injury or death to service personnel or to the operator’s of the vehicle.

How to use this manual
Use the bookmarks on the Adobe Reader by clicking onto the bookmark
symbol on the left hand side like this one
This will bring up all the relevant sections of this manual.
If you click on each section, it will expand to subsections.
E.g. If you wanted to replace the Electronic Brake Control Module, you
would click Brakes which will expand to show different sections, you
would click Antilock Brake System, then click Repair Instructions which
will show Electronic Brake Control Module Replacement.
Another way to search for the replacement of Electronic Brake Control
Module is to use the Adobe Reader’s search function located at the top right
hand side of the tool bar.
It has a square box with the word “Find”. Just type in the word or phrase
that you are searching for, click the menu (small triangular symbol like this
on the side of the box and select Open Full Acrobat Search and
include bookmarks.
In this example, it would be Electronic Brake Control Module
Replacement. The search window will come up to show all the different but
relevant sections. Then just click each of the search results which are
relevant for you.
