Description
The MW500 cold milling machine has all-wheel drive.
The engine is an in-line four cylinder, four stroke diesel engine with direct fuel injection and water cooling. Two belt
assemblies are used to transfer the power to the milling gear.
The milling drum unit is equipped with hydraulically actuated side plates and front skirt. The right rear wheel support can be
retracted for flush milling along curves.

WARNING
If the machine is to be driven from a loading dock onto the platform of a truck trailer or railway car, make sure that
the vehicle is securely braked, for example, wheels blocked. Make sure that there is no risk that the vehicle cannot
roll over or sway in a dangerous manner when the machine is driven on.
Lift the milling drum to the uppermost position.
Drive the machine backwards (conveyor first) onto the transport vehicle.
Approach the transport vehicle in a straight line so that the machine cannot slip off of the ramp to the side.
Secure the machine on the transport vehicle.

Lash the machine and conveyor on the loading platform of the transport vehicle so that it cannot tilt or roll away. Block
