If purchasing an "Instant Download", your purchased item(s) will be available instantly via secure download links. See here for more information:

If you have selected the DVD / MicroSD options or purchased a physical product, there is a materials and processing charge of £13.99 / £29.99, plus the cost of postage. There are various delivery options, depending on whether you are within the UK or outside the UK, which are as follows (for DVD orders only):

Within UK

Royal Mail 1st Class Standard - Within 1-3 working days:

Up to 4 items: £3.50
5-7 items: £6.00
8-10 items: £8.50
Up to 20 items: £11.00
20+ items: FREE

Outside UK

Royal Mail Airmail - Within 7-10 working days:

Up to 3 items: £7.50
5-7 items: £13.50
8-10 items: £16.50
Up to 20 items: £23.00
20+ items: FREE

Royal Mail Airmail Signed For - Within 5-7 working days (online tracking):

Up to 4 items: £17.50
5-7 items: £20.50
8-10 items: £23.50

All DVD orders / physical product orders, made prior to 2:00 PM (GMT) are despatched the following day. However, please allow a minimum of 7 working days prior to contacting us if your goods have NOT arrived. If they have not arrived within this time period, please get in touch and we shall endeavour to arrange another ASAP.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7 day money back guarantee for ALL intangible products, ONLY if you haven't downloaded the manual(s). If you have downloaded the manual(s) and/or it is past the 7 day refund deadline
, unless we deem it necessary, ONLY then can we offer a refund.

We also offer a refunds on tangible goods. However, on receipt of the goods, if the product is not found to be faulty, then a 20% restocking fee is liable for the customer.

To combat fraud, we have a system in place, which records the IP Address, location and other details of where the "Instant Download" took place. We take fraudsters seriously and we'll ensure they are reprimanded in the appropriate manner.
