The primary difference between "2014-2015 Ducati 899 Panigale Complete Workshop Service Repair Manual" & "Ducati 899 Panigale M.Y-2014 Workshop Service Manual" is where they are coming from — but all in all, they are mostly the same, simply two different editions of the same manual.
Still, the first one goes a little deeper and includes more images and exploded-view illustrations of the various systems.
