This 2017 Nissan Sentra B17 Service Repair Manual & Wiring is only applicable for the Seventh Generation models. Since the 2019 model is from the Eighth Generation, it's a completely different car.
Long story short, no, the 2017 manual won't work for the 2019 MY. And unfortunately, we don't seem to have a manual for the 2019 Sentra yet.
