This service is used to provide, without delay, new information which will assist in maintaining safe flight/ground operations. Temporary revisions are designed to replace or add to existing pages in the manual and are numbered to match pages in the manual. Temporary revisions are normally incorporated into this manual at the next scheduled change, revision or reissue. REVISION BARS. 1. Additions, or revisions to text in an existing section will be identified by a revision bar on the page adjacent to the change. 2. When technical changes cause unchanged text to appear on a different page/pages, a revision bar will be placed in the margin opposite the page number of all affected pages providing no other revision bar appears on the page. 3. When extensive technical changes are made to text in an existing section that requires a complete retype of copy, revision bars will appear the full length of the page. 4. A Propeller Aircraft Customer Care Supplies and Publications Catalog is available from a Cessna Service Station or directly from Cessna Propeller Aircraft Product Support, P.O. This catalog lists all publications and Customer Care Supplies available from Cessna for prior year models as well as new products. To maintain this catalog in a current status, it is revised yearly and issued in paper and Aerofiche format. SUPPLEMENTAL TYPE CERTIFICATE INSTALLATIONS. Inspection, maintenance and parts requirements for supplemental type certificate (STC) installations are not included in this manual. When an STC installation is incorporated on the airplane, those portions of the airplane affected by the installation must be inspected in accordance with the inspection program published by the owner of the STC, since STC installations may change systems interface, operating characteristics and component loads or stresses on adjacent structures.
