The engine of the Multistrada 1200 is powerful. It contains a 1198 cc, 4 valve, liquid cooled engine with a 90 degree L-twin design. It has a six speed transmission with 6th speed overdrive. The transmission has a hydraulic multi-plate clutch. The frame is built of steel and aluminum for a dry weight of 417 pounds. The front suspension is a fully adjustable design by Marzocchi. The rear suspension is a Sachs monoshock design. The Multistrada 1200 has a top speed of around 145 miles per hour. It offers around 150 horsepower and 87.5 lb-ft of torque.
