2 DGX-305/DGX-505 Saving and backing up your data The panel settings and some other types of data will be lost if the power is turned off before they are saved. Be sure to save data you want to keep to the internal Flash Memory before turning off the power. Saved data may be lost due to malfunction or incorrect opera- tion. Save important data to a SmartMedia Card. Backing up the external media To protect against data loss through media damage, we recommend that you save your important data onto two SmartMedia.
