Yeah, it's quite normal on those.
After you top up AdBlue, it doesn’t always clear right away. Usually just cycle the ignition (on, off), then start it and go for a short drive. Give it a few minutes, most of the time it resets on its own.
If it’s still there after that, then it’s not just low fluid anymore. Could be the level sensor not reading, or something in the AdBlue system (pump, injector, NOx sensor). Once it logs a fault, these Peugeots usually need a scan tool to clear it anyway.
Also make sure you actually put in enough, small top-ups sometimes don’t trigger the reset.
So yeah, try a quick drive first. If it doesn't clear, scan it and see what code it's throwing 👍
