Most of those 1994 Johnson 2-stroke outboards run 50:1.
So that’s 50 parts fuel: 1 part oil, roughly 100 ml oil per 5 liters of fuel
As long as it’s a normal oil-injected or premix model from that era, 50:1 is the standard 👍
