On the 2015 Volvo S60 T5, the fuel pressure sensor is mounted on the high-pressure fuel rail, right on top of the engine.
That T5 uses direct injection, so you’ve got a mechanical high-pressure pump driven off the camshaft. The sensor you’re looking for sits on the fuel rail that feeds the injectors, usually threaded directly into the rail itself.
If you pop the engine cover off, you’ll see the rail running along the top of the cylinder head, and the sensor will have a small electrical connector plugged into it.
If you’re chasing a code or want the exact location for the fuel pressure sensor, I recommend grabbing this 2001-2015 Volvo S60 OEM Service & Repair Manual Software, which should cover those and every procedure related to this sensor provided by the manufacturer.
