Yes, this is actually a factory design feature called "fan post-run."
According to the manual, the car's computer (ECM) can keep the fan running for up to 6 minutes after you shut the car off. It does this to lower high engine bay temperatures or to bring down the pressure in the A/C system on a hot day.
The Rule of Thumb: If it shuts off within 5-6 minutes, your car is working exactly as intended. If it runs until your battery dies, then you likely have a faulty Fan Control Module (which is also covered in the diagnostic section of this manual).
