If you are looking at the wires bolted to the body mount bracket on the frame rail directly under the driver's door, that is almost certainly ground point G110.
That is a notorious failure point on these trucks. Those wires provide the main ground path for the EBCM (ABS Module) and the Transfer Case Shift Control Module. If that connection rots off, which they often do, you will typically get the ABS light and a "Service 4WD" message.
This manual includes the complete Ground Distribution schematics (specifically around Figure 47). It will show you exactly which wire color matches which circuit so you can verify the connections and repair the harness correctly.
