Yep, the manual has the full clutch removal and install procedure — bellhousing bolts, transfer case drop, driveshaft removal, all the torque specs, the whole deal.
Just heads up: on the Evo X you pretty much always end up dropping the transmission to get the clutch out — there’s no shortcut from the top. So the manual walks through:
- pulling the battery tray and airbox for access
- taking the transfer case off (pretty standard Evo thing)
- dropping the gearbox
- then the pressure plate + clutch disc swap
If you're just doing the clutch and not touching the flywheel, the steps in the manual are pretty straightforward and totally DIY-able.
