If you’re talking about the interior/instrument lamps on the C6 Corvette (2005–2012), they’re mostly small LED or incandescent bulbs, depending on the trim and year.
The instrument cluster itself uses LEDs that are built into the circuit board — those aren’t the type you can swap with halogens. But for interior lights like the dome, footwell, or map lamps, you can replace them with halogens if you want (though most people go LED for brightness and lower heat).
If you’re after the exterior lamps — like low beams, fogs, or signals — those were halogen from the factory on most trims, so replacements are easy to find. Just make sure you match the bulb type (H11, 9005, etc.) listed in your owner’s manual or on the bulb housing.
So short answer: yes, halogens are fine for most exterior and interior swap points, but not for the instrument cluster — that’s LED-based. In the case you want to replace these lights, the manual contains the procedure, including step-by-step instructions, clear images, and exploded-view illustrations 👍🏻
