On the Grizzly 350, if you’re getting no spark/power at the ignition system, start simple. First thing I’d check is the battery — make sure it’s actually charged and your connections are clean and tight. These quads are picky if voltage drops too low.
Next, look at the fuses and the main switch. A blown fuse or bad ignition switch can kill the whole system. Don’t forget the handlebar kill switch — if that’s corroded or stuck, it’ll stop power to the CDI.
If those are fine, then you’re down to wiring or components: CDI unit, stator, regulator/rectifier, or a bad ground somewhere. A lot of times on these machines, a corroded ground connection will make it look like everything’s dead.
Fortunately, the OEM service manual has wiring diagrams and step-by-step electrical troubleshooting, so you can trace where the voltage drops off. That way you’re not just swapping parts blindly.
