Yep, this manual does include the electric choke wiring connection. It'll show you where the choke gets its power from (usually a switched 12V source like the alternator or ignition circuit), and how it's routed.
You’ll also find every other wiring diagram the manufacturer provides, so if you’re trying to trace wires or figure out why the choke isn’t working right, it’ll walk you through it.
