Yep, this is the official OEM software, and it's got you covered on both counts.
The manual includes the full factory information for both Left-Hand Drive (LHD) and Right-Hand Drive (RHD) models of the Sonata. You'll also find it's packed with the complete set of wiring diagrams for the entire vehicle, which absolutely includes the detailed schematics for the Engine Control Unit (ECU).
It's pretty solid, to be honest.
