If you’ve got a BMW 5 Series and you’re running halogen headlights, the typical setup for both the low beam and high beam is H7 — especially in the F10 (2011–2016) and E60 (2004–2010) generations.
If you’re not sure, best to check:
- The back of the headlight housing (it’s usually labeled)
- Or the owner’s manual (if you’ve still got it)
- Or just pull the bulb and check what’s stamped on it
