On Ducato's 6-speed Comfort-Matic, the drain plug is located on the bottom of the gearbox casing, slightly off to the side (usually the passenger side if you're standing at the front of the van). It's a hex or torx-style plug that looks similar to a regular manual trans drain — but don’t confuse it with the clutch actuator bolts nearby ✌🏻
