That blinking AC light usually points to a fault somewhere in the system (like low refrigerant, a bad pressure switch, or a failing clutch).
If you're trying to manually trigger the compressor clutch to test if it still works, apply battery voltage directly to terminal 3 of the magnet clutch connector, and the negative lead should go to ground. That should activate the clutch if it’s functional. If it doesn’t click on with direct power, then the clutch is likely toast and needs replacing.
Alternatively, if you’ve got an OBD2 scan tool that supports bi-directional control, you may be able to command the compressor on via live test functions — but that depends on the scanner and ECU access. Not all tools support that for the Tundra.
