If your right lever isn't curling the bucket, it's usually one of three things:
- a problem with the control linkage
- a stuck or leaking spool valve in the loader control valve
- or a hydraulic issue like low pressure or a blocked line
On the XT series, the right joystick handles both lift and curl through a mechanical linkage to the valve body, so even a worn pivot or loose linkage pin can mess with one function while the other still works fine.
Luckily, the service manual covers all that — from joystick linkage adjustment to valve spool diagnostics, hydraulic pressure testing, and even internal valve body teardown. If you're planning to fix it yourself or just want to understand what's going on, it's definitely worth having 👍🏻
