Super easy job. In most 2010 Hyundai Accent models, you just pop off the little plastic cap over the license plate bulb, pull the old bulb out, and stick the new one in — no tools, no drama.
Now depending on the trim, body style (sedan or hatchback), or even the market version, some cars might have two small screws holding the cap in place. If you see screws, just take them out first and then pop the cap. If there are no screws visible, it's the snap-in kind — just pry it gently and you’re good to go.
