We totally understand the confusion.
“Allroad” and “Quattro” are related but not exactly the same thing. Quattro refers specifically to Audi’s all-wheel drive system, which your A4 Quattro has.
Allroad, on the other hand, is a specific trim level of the A4 that comes with Quattro plus features aimed at light off-road use — like higher ground clearance, body cladding, and sometimes different suspension tuning.
So your A4 Quattro is all-wheel drive, yes — but it’s not an Allroad unless it has those extra features.
That said, this manual will still be compatible with your 2013 Audi A4 Quattro, especially if it's equipped with the 2.0L TFSI, 2.0L TDI, or 3.0L TDI engine.
