Unfortunately not — this manual was published in 2002, it's unlikely that it's up to date with the 2021 model.
That said, you can use this 2002 Honda BF15D/BF20D repair manual for the 2021 model to a certain extent, since the engine design hasn’t drastically changed over the years. The core components like the block, ignition system, cooling layout, and lower unit are quite similar between the older and newer models.
However, there may be updates in wiring, emissions controls, sensors, or fuel system tweaks in the 2021 version that the 2002 manual doesn’t cover.
