That depends on the engine you’ve got under the hood. Renault offered the Talisman with a few different petrol engines in 2016, like the 1.6 TCe, 1.4 TCe, or even the 2.0 TCe depending on market.
If you’re running the 1.6 TCe 150 or 200, Renault typically recommends NGK Laser Platinum PFR7S8EG or Denso VK22 plugs. These are long-life, platinum or iridium types, gapped correctly from the factory, and meant to last around 60,000–100,000 km depending on driving conditions.
For the 1.4 TCe or other variants, the exact part number might vary a bit, but the idea is the same—stick with OEM-spec plugs that match the heat range and thread depth. Going cheap here can mess with performance and fuel economy.
