Yeah, the manual is fully compatible with the 5.7L HEMI, including everything from basic maintenance to full tear-down and rebuild. So if you’re looking to replace lifters or yank the cam, it’s all in there.
For the lifters, you’ll need to pull the heads to get to them, and yeah, it gives you the torque spec for the hold-downs (should be about 23 ft-lbs, but double-check it in the manual just to be safe). It also shows you the right pattern to tighten them down without stressing anything.
