Ah, I've done this job before and it's not too bad. Totally doable with basic tools and a bit of patience. The radiator on the Renault Master III sits right up front behind the bumper, so getting it out means you’ll need to remove the front grille and possibly the bumper to get enough clearance.
Once you’ve got access, it’s just a matter of draining the coolant, disconnecting the upper and lower hoses, and unbolting the radiator from its mounts. Some models have a cooling fan assembly that needs to come off too, but it’s usually attached with a few bolts or clips. When installing the new radiator, make sure to check for leaks before refilling and properly bleed the system after topping off the coolant — these diesels can be a bit fussy with air pockets.
In any case, the manual lays it all out step by step, with torque specs and diagrams to make sure you get everything buttoned up right. If you need the manufacturer's procedure for this task, this manual is for you!
