Easy! This one is a quick fix. By default, these Mercs are set to only unlock the driver’s door on the first press, but you can easily change it so all the doors unlock at once.
Here’s what you do: Press and hold both the lock and unlock buttons on the key fob at the same time. Hold them for about 5 seconds until the hazard lights flash. That’s it! Now when you hit unlock, all doors should open right away.
If you ever want to switch it back to unlocking just the driver’s door first, just do the same thing again. Super easy. If it doesn’t work, try swapping out the key fob battery — sometimes a weak battery messes with programming.
