A tractor sitting broke down ain’t making you no money, that’s for sure. If you ain’t planting or harvesting on time, you’re losin dollars. That’s why knowing how to fix your tractor yourself is a big deal.
These machines are tough, but when something breaks—and it will—it’s quicker and cheaper to fix it yourself if you’ve got the right steps to follow. I’ve patched up my old rigs plenty of times with a good manual by my side, and it’s saved me from wasting time waiting on some mechanic. You keep up with the maintenance and handle the repairs when they pop up, and that tractor’ll keep pulling for you.
