The 1989 Nissan Sentra gets around 30-35 miles per gallon, depending on the engine and driving conditions. The smaller 1.6L engine was pretty fuel-efficient for its time, especially with the manual transmission, which helped squeeze out a few more miles per gallon compared to the automatic.
