To use cruise control on a Hyundai Accent:
- Drive to Your Desired Speed: Accelerate to the speed you want to maintain (must be above 30 km/h or 20 mph).
- Activate Cruise Control: Press the "CRUISE" button located on the steering wheel. A cruise control indicator light should illuminate on the dashboard.
- Set the Speed: Press the "SET" button while maintaining your desired speed. Release the accelerator, and the car will maintain this speed.
- Adjust Speed (Optional): Use the "+" or "-" buttons to increase or decrease your set speed.
- Cancel Cruise Control: Tap the brake pedal, press the "CANCEL" button, or turn off the cruise control by pressing the "CRUISE" button again.
This system allows you to maintain a steady speed for longer drives, reducing the need for manual acceleration.
