As far as I can tell:
- 2QM20 - sea water cooling + single-disc clutch
- 2QM20H - sea water cooling + multi-disc clutch
- 2QM20Y - fresh water + single disc clutch
- 2QM20F - fresh water cooling + multi-disc clutch
So the "H" would signify that it is a sea water-cooled version of the engine using a mutli-disc clutch.
