Ford stopped offering a manual transmission in the F-150 in 2008. However, the manual transmission that was available in 2008 was paired with a 202-hp 4.2L V6.
So, for all intents and purposes, the manual transmission has been absent in the F-150 since 2003, which was the last year you could get a V8 with a manual transmission. Since then, all F-150s have been equipped with automatic transmissions.
