The "phone box" is not really a thing but more like a multitude of features, including the ability to charge your phone without plugging it in, connecting it to the car's antenna to improve reception, etc. The "phone box" is more like a service than a physical component.
Still, the 2022 Audi SQ7 Download Service & Repair Manual does cover the procedure to replace all those individual components, like the centre console on the base model (so without the phone box), and then covers the procedure to remove the charging mat for the phone in another section, the phone communication module in another section, the antenna elsewhere too, etc... so it does cover how to remove all the components... has separate procedures for every element.
