Unfortunately, it’s incredibly hard to troubleshoot issues online without being able to run tests of any sort.
Luckily, you should be able to find every troubleshooting and replacement procedure you’ll need to find what’s causing the issue and fix it in this 2008 GMC Sierra 1500 Service & Repair Manual.
